We walk the site with you, take measurements and understand what you actually want. No charge, no obligation.
Within 48 hours you receive a line-by-line quote, a draft programme and a payment schedule.
We sign a JBCC-style agreement, lodge council submissions and confirm insurances before anyone lifts a shovel.
Site establishment, hoarding, ablutions, material deliveries and the first trades booked in.
Daily supervision, weekly photo reports, and a fortnightly site meeting you are welcome to attend.
Structural, electrical and plumbing checks signed off at each milestone before work is covered up.
We walk the building together, list every defect, close it out and hand over keys plus the O&M file.
24 months of workmanship cover. One call and we come back.
Money matters

Payments are released against certified milestones — slab, wall plate, roof, first fix, handover.

Nothing extra is built or billed without your written approval of the variation order.

Held for the defects liability period and released once the snag list is fully closed.
